The culinary culture of Rajasthan is a gastronomic delight for all who love to eat. Being a very dry state, there is a shortage of green vegetables. Sweets like laddoos, churma, rabdi, sohan halwa and malpua are specialty of different regions of Rajasthan. Cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Ajmer have different cuisines that collaborate to make the culinary culture of Rajasthan.
